West Perry Hay is an attractive, spacious, semi-detached property on the edge of the village of North Chideock. The property is situated on the edge of a working farm, surrounded by countryside, with sheep and cows grazing in the nearby fields. Inside, the large lounge has comfortable seating in front of the woodburner and a separate living area, where there is a MULTI-GAMES TABLE, which can be used for pool, table tennis or table hockey. There is a wet room on the ground floor with a wide door and grab rails making it a good choice for guests with limited mobility. The well-appointed kitchen has a farmhouse style table and there is also a dining room. Upstairs are three pretty bedrooms and another two bathrooms.

Nearest Coastline: The beaches at Seatown, Charmouth and Lyme Regis.

Tourist Attractions: Mangerton Mill, the Abbotsbury Swannery and Subtropical Gardens, Seaton Tramway, Forde Abbey, Cerne Abbas and Corfe Castle. Fossil hunting along the Jurassic Coast and fishing trips around the bay.
