West Down House is an impressive, 16th century manor standing in 5 1/2 acres of lovely grounds with the extensive lawns, trees and shrubs, creating hidden corners where you can relax. There is a large, fenced, solar heated OUTDOOR SWIMMING POOL with a sun terrace, which is open from May to September. The Coach House is one of three cottages facing the courtyard, each with their own garden, providing spacious accommodation in character surroundings.

	The lounge is situated on the first floor and has views over the wooded grounds towards the pool. The pretty master bedroom has a four-poster bed. This peaceful location is within easy reach of some of the West Country's most spectacular coastal scenery with Sandymouth Bay just six miles away. To the north is the enchanting, historic fishing village of Clovelly and across the border are Cornwall's wide, sandy beaches, ideal for families. Attractions in the area include The Big Sheep, Milky Way Adventure Park and Killarney Springs. Cyclists can enjoy the Tarka Trail and the Camel Trail, both within easy reach. Notes: A Ł50 refundable Security Deposit is payable. West Down House has a filtered spring water supply which is tested on an annual basis. Gardens: You are free to use all the gardens surrounding the manor and the barbecue area. Accommodation: Ground Floor: Kitchen/Diner. First Floor: Lounge. Bedroom 1 with double four-poster bed.
