Water’s Edge is a superb town house in the maritime city of Plymouth, with fabulous views overlooking the impressive Mayflower Marina. Designed and furnished to a very high standard and situated in a quiet area of Plymouth, Water’s Edge is within walking distance of numerous amenities and is ideal for couples and families throughout the year. Arranged over three floors, the property is light and spacious with two balconies, a designer kitchen with Rangemaster oven and a luxury bathroom with Jacuzzi bath. Each bedroom is beautifully decorated with co-ordinated linens and soft furnishings. Patio doors lead to the main balcony from the lounge/diner, where guests can relax and watch the boats and various seabirds. In fine weather, meals and drinks can be enjoyed on the balcony under the shade of a parasol or, at the end of the day, just relax and watch the sun setting over the rippling water.

The Eddystone Lighthouse and The Dome on Plymouth Hoe are intriguing and The Barbican, with a natural harbour, art galleries,  pubs and gift shops, is full of character and charm. The National Marine Aquarium, multiplex cinema and speciality restaurants are just a few miles away. In contrast, the bustling city centre has a shopping Plaza, theatre, lively nightlife and Plymouth Pavilions, a premier venue for celebrity performances and a leisure centre with an ice-skating rink, swimming pool and indoor beach.

For exploring or exhausting fun-filled days out, the River Dart Country Park, Woodlands Adventure Park, Canonteign Falls and Paignton Zoo are all within easy reach. Alternatively, enjoy a relaxing boat trip along the River Dart, take a trip on the Launceston Steam Railway or stroll around the grounds at Cotehele House or the Eden Project.
