Waterloo Cottage is a charming, semi-detached thatched cottage situated by the river in the old part of Watchet, within a short walk of the shops, harbour, beach and steam railway station. This delightful 400 year old cottage has a wealth of character.

The attractive lounge is furnished in warm copper tones and features a large stone fireplace with an electric fire. The pretty bedroom is reached via a steep and narrow staircase. The cottage benefits from both a shower room and wet room and there is a lovely enclosed garden with patio and summerhouse. Parking is on road, however there are no restrictions and it is a quiet, no through road. From the cottage you can walk along the Old Mineral Line to Washford and sample the cider at the Torre Cider Farm.

Nearest Coastline: The harbour at Watchet and the beach at Helwell Bay.

Tourist Attractions: Cleeve Abbey and the West Somerset Steam Railway. Fossil hunting at Helwell Bay. Cycling and horse riding on the Quantock Hills.
