Situated in gentle, lush green Cornish countryside, less than four miles from the North Cornwall coast, Valley View is a light and spacious bungalow. There is an enclosed lawned garden to the rear, which is surrounded by fields and a garden and gated drive to the front. Inside, Valley View is well equipped and comfortably furnished in warm colours.

	There is ample parking and access to the bungalow from the drive is on the level. From this location opportunities for interesting days out are numerous. The nearby rugged north coast offers spectacular scenery along the coastal path, a pretty harbour at Boscastle and many sandy coves. The nearest is at Trebarwith Strand where you can sit outside the beachside pub and watch the surfers. Further west there are wonderful stretches of beach at Port Isaac, Polzeath, Rock and Padstow. You can hire a bike and cycle to Padstow along the famous Camel trail and sample seafood at Rick Stein’s restaurant. To the north there are a number of excellent family attractions including Killarney Springs, The Big Sheep and The Milky Way. A favourite of many visitors is the Eden Project, which is within easy reach for a fascinating day out. Accommodation: Ground Floor: Lounge. Kitchen/Dining Room. Utility Room.
