Tye Farm is in a rural setting surrounded by fields and woodland, just four miles from St Austell and Porthpean Beach, with use of an OUTDOOR SWIMMING POOL during the summer months, (shared between four properties). Badger’s Wood, Tye Corner and Ducks Crossing are all ideal for families wishing to explore the wonders of the Cornish Riviera. Each property is comfortably furnished with individual characteristics and qualities, and guests are welcome to enjoy the surrounding gardens, woodland and fields. There are numerous popular attractions nearby; visit the port of Charlestown, known for the filming of Poldark and The Onedin Line, which retains much of its Georgian character. The large, sandy beach at Pentewan, on the South West Coast Path, is excellent for swimming and water sports, including surfing, windsurfing, sea canoeing, water skiing and sailing. With the Eden Project, the Lost Gardens of Heligan, Springfield Fun Park and Pony Centre and three golf courses all close by, Tye Farm is an ideal location for a fun filled holiday

Tye Corner is a cosy, detached property tucked away in the extensive grounds of Tye Farm. Traditionally furnished throughout, with decorative windows enhancing the bedrooms, Tye Corner is best suited to a couple or small family, as access to the bathroom is via the second bedroom. Doors from the open plan living area lead to the secluded garden, which is enclosed and gated; there is also a shared courtyard to the front of the property and adjacent lawns and gardens for children to run around or play hide and seek.

Careful supervision is required with young children due to several ponds and a swimming pool nearby.
