The small village of Goldsithney is one mile from the ancient town of Marazion, famous for the enchanting island and castle of St Michael's Mount and stunning beaches of Mount's Bay. Tregurtha Barn is a detached barn conversion, situated in a peaceful, rural location on the edge of Goldsithney, which boasts two pubs, a shop and a Post Office. Comfortably furnished Tregurtha Barn has a large, enclosed garden, patio and two gated driveways with parking for two or three cars. In the lounge, there is a woodburner for those cooler evenings and patio doors open to the rear of the property where one large step leads onto the garden. With a ground floor bedroom and shower room and a choice of twin beds or a six-foot double in one of the upstairs bedrooms, the barn can happily accommodate couples or families of various ages.

Tregurtha Barn is ideally located for exploring this beautiful part
of Cornwall. Penzance is within four miles and offers an excellent selection of restaurants, pubs, shops and art galleries as well as the Art Deco Jubilee outdoor swimming pool and subtropical Morrab Gardens. The picturesque harbour and Tate Gallery at St Ives is six miles away and the spectacular cliff-top Minack Theatre at Porthcurno will provide a memorable evenings entertainment. Sennen Cove is popular for surfing (there are body boards and buckets and spades at the barn for you to borrow) and a visit to Cornwall would not be complete without seeing beautiful Land’s End.

First Floor : Bedroom 2 with twin beds which zip link to make a 6ft double bed. Bedroom 3 with double bed. Bathroom with bath, hand shower, WC and washbasin.

Electricity, Gas & Central Heating inclusive high season, Heating Supplement £30 per week out of season. Woodburner fuel starter pack provided then purchase locally. Duvets provided. Bed Linen inclusive. Towels not provided. Dogs £30 per week, one well behaved dog only (there is livestock nearby). Wireless Broadband is available.
