Situated in the grounds of Place Court, once the home of Sir Walter Raleigh, The Tithe Barn has been converted into a unique and comfortable, link-attached home surrounded by lawns, woodland and a stream. Designed and furnished to a high standard throughout with original beams, stone floors, cob walls and an impressive gas woodburner, the cottage is ideal for families and couples. With a bedroom and shower room on the ground floor, The Tithe Barn is also suitable for guests with limited mobility. The spacious kitchen with a Rangemaster oven and the adjacent dining room both overlook the garden and doors from the lounge lead onto a large patio with level lawn. The tastefully furnished bedrooms, a small library and the galleried landing, with comfortable armchairs, all overlook the gardens.

Nearest Coastline: The beaches at Sidmouth, Budleigh Salterton and Exmouth.

Tourist Attractions: Crealy Adventure Park and the Donkey Sanctuary. The National Trust properties of Knightshayes Court, Killerton House and A La Ronde. Walking along the East Devon Coast Path, sailing and water sports.
