The
Stable The Stable is an attractive barn conversion, built in
reverse level style to take advantage of the lovely views from the living
rooms on the first floor. There are views down the valley from the kitchen
and both the spacious kitchen and lounge have high raftered ceilings. At the
front of the property there is a shared, paved courtyard with dry-stone
walled flowerbeds and a patio with garden furniture. You are welcome to
visit the owner's small pottery on the other side of the courtyard. Slapton
is a picturesque village just over a mile from the coast, with narrow
streets, thatched cottages and two lovely village pubs. The sheltered beach
at Blackpool Sands has Blue Flag status and is just three miles away. With
so many beautiful beaches along the stunning South Hams coast it is possible
to explore a different one every day of your holiday. The coast path
provides some stunning scenery and boat trips are available at Dartmouth and
Kingsbridge. |
