The vibrant farming village of Winkleigh is conveniently located between Exmoor and Dartmoor National Parks and is just an hour’s drive from the superb beaches on the North Devon coast.

Situated on the outskirts of the village, the Parlour is one of a pair of beautifully converted detached barns at Gerrydown Farm, where Red Ruby Devon cattle are reared in the surrounding fields. The Parlour shares a courtyard setting with The Shippen, but also has its own large patio. The cottages can be booked individually or together, for larger groups of up to ten people.

The attractive and very spacious open plan living area is bright and cheerful, with doors leading to the patio and the shared gardens beyond. A splendid wooden staircase leads to the galleried mezzanine bedroom with twin divans, which can be joined to make a lovely queen size bed.

Guests can indulge in a range of beauty treatments during their stay at Gerrydown, and special pamper weekend packages are available on request. (Book treatments direct with the owner, a professional beauty therapist).
