The Palms is a delightful, detached bungalow situated in the countryside between Torquay and Paignton in the peaceful village of Marldon. The spacious lounge is tastefully furnished with living flame fire and patio doors into the sun lounge and fully enclosed gardens with sea peeps. In the kitchen there is a breakfast bar, a useful serving hatch to the dining area, and access to the attractive, secluded gardens. Bordered by trees and shrubs, the large garden has two patios, a water feature and a lawned area with a children's playhouse. Children and adults alike will love bath time with the wonderful Jacuzzi bath. With numerous places of interest close by, no two days need be the same. Visit the historic town of Totnes, famous for its Elizabethan market, or enjoy a scenic boat trip along the River Dart to Dartmouth, where there are excellent restaurants and designer shops.

	Paignton has a mile of sandy beach - safe for young swimmers. Here you can board the steam train for a memorable journey to Kingswear or visit Paignton Zoo for a great family day out. Torquay has a variety of attractions including Kents Cavern, Bygones, Babbacombe Model Village and the Living Coasts, a marine aviary with sea birds and seals.
