What was once the cart house at Lower Woodley Farm has been converted into a lovely holiday home. The Old Cart House is a charming, single storey barn conversion. The lounge has a woodburner and picture windows that overlook a pretty, walled garden.

	The garden has a barbecue and garden furniture, perfect for relaxed outdoor meals or a drink in the evening. The farm is about two miles from Lanivet, in a quiet, rural location and has cows and sheep; you are welcome to absorb the daily rhythm of country life and sometimes, with permission, lend a hand. At nearby Nanstallen you can join the famous Camel Trail, with miles of off-road safe cycleway, which will take you along the scenic Camel Estuary to Padstow. Bikes can be stored under cover at the farm or can be hired locally. Places of interest in the area include The Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan and The National Trust gardens at Trerice, Glendurgan, Trelissick and Lanhydrock. On the north Cornish coast Polzeath is popular for surfing and Rock is excellent for sailing or water skiing. You can travel south to Par Sands or Fowey for river trips and fishing, or drive north to Bodmin for a challenging day's walking with panoramic views over the Cornish countryside. Note: Non-Smokers Only. There is limited room in the second bedroom if both beds are used. Accommodation: Ground Floor: Lounge/Diner/Kitchen.
