Perched on a hillside overlooking Port Isaac, the Lobster Pot is a surprisingly spacious property, with views of the sea and the imposing headland. Originally a store for lobster pots, the property has been innovatively refurbished to create a truly delightful holiday hideaway. The décor and furnishings are tasteful and attractive, with novelty lighting to enhance the rooms, including an illuminated lobster pot in the bedroom! Four steps lead down from the hallway to the spacious lounge/diner, with a large bay window and a door leading to the pretty enclosed patio. There is parking for a small car adjacent to The Lobster Pot; for larger vehicles, the village car park is just a short walk away. Narrow streets and footpaths wind their way through the picturesque village of Port Isaac, which featured in the television series Doc Martin.

Fishing and boat trips can be arranged at the pretty harbour and freshly caught fish is a speciality in many of the pubs and restaurants, especially crab and lobster. The sandy cove at Port Gaverne is within walking distance.

Nearest Coastline: The beaches at Daymer and Polzeath.

Tourist Attractions: Long Cross Victorian Gardens, Pencarrow House and Gardens and Carruan Farm. Cycling and walking on the Camel Trail.
