This comfortable, converted
barn with its own lawned garden, is one of four traditional farm
dwellings set within a courtyard. Antique pine furniture adds to its
rustic charm, with a stylish modern kitchen providing those 21st
century essentials.
Nestling in the Somerset
countryside, the Haybarn is surrounded by acres of farmland with far
reaching views to the Mendip Hills. Although no longer a working
farm, the several acres of land in which the Haybarn is situated are
home to some interesting farmyard pets such as Gloucester Old Spot
and Kunekune rare breed pigs, pygmy goats, ducks and free range
chickens. A small herd of deer also frequent the surrounding fields.
Keen walkers and ramblers will enjoy the public footpaths accessible
nearby, some leading to the far away hills and vales and others
leading to the pub!
Within easy reach of the
South Somerset Cycle Route, The Haybarn is an ideal base for keen
cyclists to enjoy 80 glorious miles of cycling with numerous detours
to places of interest along the way. Nearest Coastline: Equidistant
between the beaches of North Somerset, including Weston-super-Mare and
Burnham-on-Sea, and the beaches of Dorset, including Weymouth and Lyme
Regis.

International Motor Museum, Longleat House and Safari Park, Wookey Hole
Caves, Cheddar Gorge and Caves and the National Trust’s Stourhead House and
Gardens.
