Highcliffe-on-Sea has arguably one of the best climates in Britain, with award wining safe beaches, nature reserves and even a Grade I listed castle, which is open daily to the public; Highcliffe is also a regular winner of the "Village in Bloom" awards. The End House is in a pleasant residential area, about 15 minutes’ walk from the village centre and the beach. Inside, the house has a light, fresh, contemporary feel with a stylish leather suite, a living flame gas fire and a widescreen television and games console in the living room. The dining room opens into a lovely conservatory and a small, secluded, enclosed garden. Just a few minutes’ away by car are miles of sandy beaches from Christchurch Bay to Bournemouth offering all the usual seaside entertainments, as well as beautiful gardens, shops, theatres and concert halls. From Lymington there are car and passenger ferries to the Isle of Wight or perhaps just enjoy the view of The Needles from a local cliff-top restaurant. Sites of historic interest include Christchurch Priory, Hurst Castle and The Palace House at Beaulieu. In the neighbouring New Forest herds of red, roe and fallow deer roam with the famous ponies in 145 square miles of beautiful wood and heathland.
