The Coach House is a secluded, detached property in a prestigious residential area of Torquay, only a fifteen minute walk from Meadfoot Beach. Situated on the outskirts of this popular seaside resort, it is in a great location to peruse the variety of shops and restaurants in the town centre or wander around the pretty harbour. A short stroll will take you to the exclusive area of Wellswood, where you will find a good selection of shops, restaurants and a pub. Nestling behind large, iron gates and a high stonewall The Coach House enjoys total privacy and security. Formerly the coach house and stables to a Victorian mansion, it has been converted into a delightful holiday home that still retains its unique character. Behind the gates lies the original, cobbled courtyard with flowering plants and shrubs; to the front of the house is a charming patio area with table and chairs.

There are many attractions in and around Torquay including the Living Coasts sea life centre, the Dart Valley Steam Railway, Kents Cavern and Babbacombe Model Village. There are many boats trips available if you would like a view of the coast from the sea. There is excellent walking along the South Devon Coast Path, or for a gentle stroll around Cockington, there is a signed route, approximately one and a half miles long.

Due to sloping ceiling in Bedrooms 2 and 3, headroom is slightly restricted in parts.

Accommodation: Ground Floor: Open Plan Lounge/Kitchen/Diner. Bedroom 1 with double bed and 2ft 6in child's bed. Shower room with shower WC and washbasin. First Floor: Bedroom 2 with double bed, colour television and en-suite bathroom with bath WC and washbasin. Bedroom 3 with twin beds (headroom is very restricted in this room, which is most suitable for children).

Facilities: Electric oven and hob, Microwave, Refrigerator, Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Highchair, Travel Cot, Barbecue, Parking, Video Recorder, Colour Television, DVD Player, Payphone(1/2mile) Shop(500yards) Bus(600yards) Train(2miles) Inn/Pub(500yards) Full Central Heating. Electricity & Central Heating inclusive high season, Heating Supplement £30 per week out of season. Duvets provided. Bed Linen inclusive. Towels not provided. Pets not allowed.
