The Cedars is a modern, well-presented house on the edge of Ashcombe Woods, in a quiet residential area within walking distance of Dawlish town centre and the beach. This semi- detached property is tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard throughout, with a secure enclosed garden and parking for two cars. Doors lead from the dining area onto a patio and a pretty garden, with a small lawn, various colourful flowers and shrubs, a water feature and garden furniture. The garden is also accessible from the side of the property via a locked gate. Both bedrooms are light and spacious, with co-ordinated quality linens and a pleasant outlook to the front of the property. Coastal resorts nearby include Dawlish Warren, Teignmouth and Exmouth all with sandy beaches, safe bathing and recreational facilities including tennis, miniature golf, children's play areas and donkey rides.

	Haldon Forest is perfect for walkers, with acres of unspoilt woodland to explore. Dartmoor, with its ponies and impressive rugged landscape, Canonteign Falls, which is home to England's highest waterfall, and the Miniature Pony Centre are all easily accessible by car.
