The Cedars is a modern, well-presented house on the edge of Ashcombe Woods, in a quiet residential area within walking distance of Dawlish town centre and the beach. This semi-detached property is tastefully decorated, with a secure enclosed garden and parking for two cars. Doors lead from the dining area onto a patio and a pretty garden, with a small lawn, a water feature and garden furniture. The garden is also accessible from the side of the property via a locked gate. Both bedrooms are light and spacious, with co-ordinated linens and a pleasant outlook to the front of the property.
