The Beeches is a detached, spacious farmhouse located on the outskirts of the village of Buckland Brewer, which enjoys lovely country views. A paddock borders the rustic garden where guests may exercise their dogs and the property has a handy storage/boot room, the ideal place to leave your muddy pets! Inside you can relax in comfort in either the lounge, with its impressive fireplace housing a multi fuel burner, or if you prefer a more contemporary atmosphere, there is a living flame effect fire in the adjacent sitting room. The stylish kitchen/diner has stone flooring, which leads through to the bright and cheery bathroom.

Surrounded by a landscape of rolling hills, woodland, moorland and forestry plantations The Beeches is within easy reach of the main port of Bideford and the pretty coastal villages of Appledore, Buck's Mills, Clovelly, Hartland and Instow. Westward Ho! well known for its unique pebble ridge, golden sands and the Royal North Devon Golf Club, is just a short drive. For a very special day out take a boat trip to the unspoiled Lundy Island and Marine Nature Reserve, home to an array of wildlife. The famous Tarka Trail provides 21 miles of traffic free cycling, bicycles can be hired nearby, and the Milky Way Adventure Park will be enjoyable for all the family.
