Tanglewood is a detached property bordered by 30 acres of National Trust woodlands, and enjoying lovely views across the River Dart to the historic port of Dartmouth. Situated at the end of a quiet lane, steps lead up to the cottage, which is adjacent to the owner's home, with garaging underneath and room for a small boat or trailer. The cottage is furnished with natural materials and attractive wall hangings; a traditional weaved willow screen separates the bedroom from the lounge. Patio doors open onto a small seating area at the back of the property; stone steps climb the hillside garden, which is shared with the owner, to a patio with barbecue. Further up the garden you will discover a secluded spot with a table and chairs. The riverside village of Kingswear is very picturesque with magnificent views and beautiful scenery. Tanglewood is in the perfect location for a relaxing holiday allowing you to leave the car behind and explore by foot, rail, bus or ferry.

	Nearest Coastline: Kingswear and Dartmouth. The beaches of the South Hams. A short drive away is the seaside resort of Paignton, and the fishing port of Brixham. Tourist Attractions: The Gardens at Coleton Fishacre, Greenway, the former holiday home of Agatha Christie, now owned by The National Trust, The River Dart Round Robin boat and steam train trips to Dartmouth and Totnes.
