Stable Corner is one of seven properties on the private Woolston Estate, close to the little hillside village of Loddiswell in the beautiful South Hams. This single storey property has a lovely, large garden and patio overlooking the countryside, with distant sea views. Within the grounds are an OUTDOOR HEATED SWIMMING POOL a TENNIS COURT delightfully situated in the old walled kitchen garden. These are shared with two other holiday properties. Stable Corner is contemporary in design and decoration with white walls complemented by bright furnishings and modern artwork. The open plan living area has deep blue comfy sofas and a woodburner with two steps up to the hallway leading to the bedrooms and bathrooms. Outside is a small heated utility room/games room, which has a dartboard, tabletop football and storage space for surfboards or bikes.

The property appears detached but is built onto a hillside, with level access, and a property below. Situated between Dartmoor and the coast, Stable Corner is wonderfully located to explore the delights of this area. Loddiswell is a mile and a half away and has a village pub and church. Nearby Kingsbridge, Salcombe and Dartmouth offer more variety. The South Hams beaches are among the best in Devon and within a short drive there are Thurlestone, Salcombe, Hope Cove and Bantham, a fabulous sandy beach where, when the tide is out, you can walk three-quarters of a mile across the sand to Bigbury-on-Sea and Burgh Island.

Facilities: Electric hob and oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine & Tumble Dryer on site, Highchair, Travel Cot, Barbecue, Parking, Groceries can be ordered in advance, Video Recorder, Colour Television, Hi-Fi with iPod dock, DVD Player, Payphone(1 1/2 miles) Shop(1 1/2 miles) Bus(1 1/2miles) Train(10miles) Inn/Pub(1 1/2miles) Full Central Heating. Electricity and Heating inclusive high season, Heating Supplement £20 per week out of season. Woodburning Stove fuel starter pack provided then purchase locally. Duvets provided. Bed Linen inclusive. Towels not provided. Dogs £30 per week, 1 dog only. Wireless Broadband is available.
