The original cattle shed at Hole Farm has been converted into a quality, semi-detached holiday home. Many of the original features have been retained in this rather special property. The lounge is warmly furnished in shades of terracotta with a woodburner in the huge stone fireplace. The kitchen is bright and inviting with a slate floor and pale blue cupboards. Upstairs, Springcott is surprisingly spacious, all the attractive bedrooms have exposed beams and the windows feature heavy wooden lintels. The two bathrooms, both with showers, and the first floor cloakroom make this an ideal property for two families.

Within easy reach you will find many of Devon's best attractions, the wonderful wild North Devon coast, the Great Western Canal, Bickleigh Castle with its spooky tower, picturesque Lynton and Lynmouth, Crealy Adventure Park and the Tarka Trail. The Two Moors Way is found just half a mile from Springcott. Fish for trout or salmon in the deep wooded valleys of the Torridge, Taw and Exe. Take in the magnificent views of Exmoor and Dartmoor either on foot or on horseback. The quiet roads and lanes make getting out and about a real pleasure and, at end of the day, relax with a drink on the pretty patio, while the children run off the last of their energy in the adjacent paddock.
