Seascape is a luxury, first floor apartment in the exclusive development of Pochin House with glorious views overlooking the nearby town of St Austell and coastline of St Austell Bay. A former china clay drying house, the building's striking architecture retains some original features, which include the impressive stone chimney. Seascape is modern and fresh, beautifully designed and furnished with style and comfort in mind. The open plan living area has under floor heating, leather sofas and floor-to-ceiling windows, which maximise the light and allow for wonderful far-reaching views of Carlyon Bay and Gribbin Head. Both bedrooms have sea views and with a bathroom and a shower room the apartment is well suited for couples or a family. Electronic gates mark the entrance to Pochin House and the sweeping drive leads to secure parking at the rear of the properties. From Carclaze there is excellent access to explore all regions of Cornwall including the stunning coastline and beaches. Within a few miles are The Eden Project, the Lost Gardens of Heligan and the beautiful Cornish Riviera with delightful bays; old towns of Fowey, Mevagissey and Charlestown, famous for its historic harbour and with a choice of inns, restaurants and shops. Families will enjoy a fun day at Dobwalls Adventure Park and The China Clay Country Park offers a fascinating insight into the history of the clay industry with panoramic views of Wheal Martyn Pit, a modern working clay quarry.
