Just a stone’s throw from the beach, Sea Cottage is an attractive, brightly coloured house with incredible sea views from almost every room. Arranged over three floors, the property is spacious and welcoming, with traditional furnishings and décor. Open the patio doors from the lounge onto a private patio, to experience the wonderful views and invigorating sea air. Three well-worn and slightly uneven steps lead from the patio onto the beach.

Nearest Coastline: The beaches of Budleigh Salterton, Sidmouth and Exmouth.

Tourist Attractions: Otterton Mill, Bicton Park, Cadhay and Escot Park. Crealy Adventure Park, Pecorama Miniature Railway and Seaton Tramway. Walking on the South West Coast Path towards Ladram Bay or golf at Woodbury Golf Course.
