Dating back to the mid 18th century this quirky and individual cottage is believed to be one of the first houses in the original development of Budleigh Salterton. The cottage gets its name from the front wall bending around the corner creating a cosy lounge and spacious twin bedroom, both with their own personality. The current owners have lovingly furnished each room with great attention to detail and luxury whilst preserving the character in keeping with the age of the property. The walled courtyard provides a completely secluded area where you can relax with a sundowner or two and plan your next adventure. The cottage is ideally located at the end of the high street, which has a selection of local independent shops and cafes. Being situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Round Corner is an excellent base from which to enjoy the amazing surroundings or simply walk across the road and spend a lazy day on the beach.

Nearest Coastline: The beaches of Budleigh Salterton, Sidmouth and Exmouth.

Tourist Attractions: Otterton Mill, Bicton Park, Cadhay and Escot Park. Crealy Adventure Park, Pecorama Miniature Railway and Seaton Tramway. Walking on the South West Coast Path towards Ladram Bay or Golf at Woodbury Park Golf Course.
