Roseland is a converted single storey barn situated in the owners’ grounds. Inside, the open plan living area has a pine dining table, comfortable sofas and a woodburner. Tastefully decorated throughout, the property has many traditional features such as original beams and exposed stone walls. Four steps lead up to the pretty bedrooms and family bathroom. Outside there is a patio and lawned garden overlooking the owners’ stables. There is plenty of barn storage on the farm for bicycles, wetsuits and surfboards. The property is set within five acres of lovely countryside and fields, which are bordered by bridleways and byways.

Nearest Coastline: The beaches at Marazion and Chyandour. St Michael’s Mount, the Lizard and Roseland Peninsulas and the Helford River.

Tourist Attractions: The Eden Project, Flambards Theme Park, The Tate Gallery in St Ives and the National Maritime Museum. For keen cyclists a designated trail from nearby Devoran will take you on a traffic-free route to Portreath on the north coast; bicycles can be hired nearby.
