Set in the splendour of the Exmoor National Park, the gardens of this pretty, detached holiday home are bordered on two sides by a trout stream. The cottage is comfortable with co-ordinated soft furnishings and a woodburner. The lounge opens onto the garden, which is filled with shrubs and flowers. At the far end of the garden, screened by a hedge, is an OUTDOOR SWIMMING POOL (available mid-May to mid-September), which you are welcome to use by arrangement with the owner. Guests at the owner's house, which is the other side of the stream, sometimes use the pool. The owner offers holistic therapies including Reiki, yoga, relaxation and meditation by arrangement.

Roadwater, with its well-stocked village store and pub with restaurant and skittle alley, is just ten minutes walk away.
