Set in the splendour of the Exmoor National Park, the gardens of this pretty, detached holiday home are bordered on two sides by a trout stream. The cottage is comfortable, with co-ordinated soft furnishings. The lounge opens onto the garden, which is filled with shrubs and flowers and where the evocative sound of cool running water and lawns shaded by mature trees, make this an ideal spot for relaxing in the sunshine. At the far end of the garden, screened by a hedge, is an OUTDOOR SWIMMING POOL, which you are welcome to use by arrangement with the owner. Guests at the owner's house, which is the other side of the stream, sometimes use the pool. The owner also offers Reiki healing and teaching, meditation and relaxation sessions.

Roadwater, with its well-stocked village store and pub with restaurant and skittle alley, is just ten minutes’ walk away. Cyclists and walkers will find the quiet lanes and byways a rewarding way to discover villages, historic woodlands and magnificent views. Horses can be hired locally and fishing is available by boat or on the shore of rivers and reservoirs. Watchet has a harbour and small beach whilst the more extensive beach at Blue Anchor Bay is just four miles away.
