Modern, bright and spacious, Rame View is a detached
house overlooking Portwrinkle Beach and the dramatic coastline of
Whitsand Bay and Rame Head. Built on a hillside, the majority of
rooms have stunning sea views.The lounge runs the full length of the
second floor with comfortable leather sofas, a flame-effect gas fire
and a CD player. An archway leads to the dining room and sliding
doors open onto a small balcony from where you can enjoy
seven miles of uninterrupted sea views!
The contemporary kitchen, in shades of silver and blue, has plenty
of storage space and an unusual stainless steel floor. The
GAMES ROOM will ensure children and
adults alike are kept entertained on the odd wet day with a pool
table, dart board, skittles, books and board games. The recently
refurbished family bathroom now features a large shower cubicle and
a jacuzzi bath.

There is a small, fenced garden to the
front of the house with garden furniture, great for family
barbeques. Just a five minute walk from
the house takes you to the sand and shingle beach of Portwrinkle -
perfect for building sandcastles, beach games and exploring rock
pools at low tide. At the nearby Whitsand Bay Hotel the restaurant
and bars welcome non-residents. For golfers, novice or experienced,
the Whitsand Bay Course, situated beside the Hotel, offers a truly
unique location to play, at reasonable rates. The South Cornish
Coast path passes Portwrinkle, leading west to Looe and east to
Cremyll, from where a foot ferry will take you to Plymouth. Visit
the National Marine Aquarium, Theatre Royal or wander the cobbled
streets of the Barbican, steeped in history and naval heritage,
where there is a great choice of restaurants and pubs. The Eden
Project with its massive rain forest and desert biomes is a
45-minute drive. Mount Edgcumbe Country Park, Anthony House, Looe,
Polperro and the unspoilt, historical fishing villages of Cawsand
and Kingsand are all within easy reach. The property has space for
two to three average sized cars.
