The small hamlet of Botusfleming is in the Tamar Valley, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is an excellent location for exploring both Devon and Cornwall. Radcliffe is a single storey property, attached to the owners’ home, and designed to a high standard throughout. The white walls, oak floors and bright splashes of colour in the soft furnishings give a fresh, Mediterranean feel and there are far reaching uninterrupted views from the open plan living rooms across the Tamar Valley.

Sliding doors open onto a private patio overlooking a large, gently sloping lawn and the surrounding countryside; the lawn is shared with the owners. The design of Radcliffe, with limited steps and a wet room, makes the property suitable for those less mobile.

Nearest Coastline: The spectacular beaches of Whitsand Bay.

Tourist Attractions: The National Marine Aquarium at Plymouth and river trips along the Tamar River to Cothele and Calstock. St Mellion Golf and Country Club; daily membership is available.
