New at West Park Farm (see Breaches Barn) is another superb barn conversion to provide two more holiday homes in the grounds of this lovely farm on the edge of the New Forest.  Both share the same high standard and beautiful rural setting that have become the hall- mark of accommodation at the farm.  Pond View and The Old Cart Shed are semi-detached, both have their own gardens and patios and parking spaces. Each of the three properties on the farm can be booked individually or alternatively any combination of two or three of them can be booked together for a large group of family or friends. Whether you are a couple looking for a quiet holiday in this beautiful area, a family or a large gathering, you are assured of the same warm welcome and hospitality.  The owners will provide home cooked meals to order and there is a hard tennis court, which you are welcome to use (please bring your own equipment). Guests are also welcome to absorb the daily rhythm of life on this arable and beef farm; you may even be able to lend a hand.  Places to visit include the local hostelry in picturesque Rockbourne, the many acres of the New Forest where deer and ponies roam free, the golden sands and entertainment centres of Bournemouth, Lymington from where you can catch a ferry to the Isle of Wight, Salisbury and Stonehenge.

Pond View is a lovely retreat for two. The open plan living area has a high raftered ceiling, exposed beams and white washed walls; an optional convertible sofa is available in the lounge. Outside there is a patio and a lawn beside the pond where you can relax and enjoy a barbecue.

Note: Non-Smokers Only. Friday Changeover.

Accommodation: Ground Floor: Lounge/Diner/Kitchen. Bedroom with double bed. Shower room with shower, WC and washbasin.
