At the entrance to the seaside village of Gorran Haven there is a quiet and pleasant cul-de-sac of detached bungalows. Polroan is amongst them; it sits on a gentle slope and faces south across the village with tantalizing glimpses of the sea through the trees. There is a patio and lawn at the front of the bungalow with a further lawned garden at the rear, accessed by a few steps (care needs to be taken here with young children because of an unfenced drop in level). Inside, the accommodation is all on one level and decorated in a bright and contemporary style.

Nearest Coastline: The beach at Gorran Haven and the harbours at Port Mellion and Mevagissey.

	Tourist Attractions: The Lost Gardens of Heligan and the Eden Project. Fishing and boat trips are available at Mevagissey. Walking along the coast path.
