Perry Hay is a delightful, semi-detached property built from local Quarr stone in the pretty, peaceful village of North Chideock. Perry Hay takes its name from the field on which it is built and is situated on the edge of a working farm, with sheep and cattle in the surrounding fields. Inside, the property is very stylish with a country style dining room, spacious lounge with large woodburner and a contemporary kitchen with a modern range oven. The utility room has a stable door leading into the kitchen and is a useful place to dry off muddy dogs after a walk through the country lanes! To the rear of the property there is an enclosed garden with patio area and garden furniture. The owners keep chickens adjacent to the property and a basket of fresh eggs will be left for you to enjoy. For a few months of the year the owners also keep pigs.

Nearest Coastline: The beaches at Seatown, Charmouth and Lyme Regis.

Tourist Attractions: Mangerton Mill, Abbotsbury Swannery and Subtropical Gardens, Seaton Tramway, Forde Abbey, Cerne Abbas and Corfe Castle. Fossil hunting along the Jurassic Coast and fishing trips around Lyme Bay.

Out of Season, Heating Supplements apply at most properties, as shown in the facilities.
These are payable on bookings taking place before 11 May and after 14 September 2013.

Short Breaks are available at many of our properties during low season and occasionally for late availability bookings.
Up to four nights - from 2/3 of the weekly rent. Five night bookings are available from around 70% of the weekly price.

For properties with a Friday changeover, rents and other charges for the following Saturday apply.
