Penarvon Cottage is an attractive, modern property situated in Pendra Loweth, a holiday village with 16 acres of secluded, tranquil gardens where guests can relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. A natural stream runs through the gardens where a variety of birds, including herons and kingfishers together with other wildlife, can be viewed from the cottage or one of many landscaped lawns. Pendra Loweth also offers an excellent selection of leisure facilities including a GYM, JACUZZI, STEAM ROOM, SPLASH POOL, THREE ALL WEATHER TENNIS COURTS, a CHILDREN’S PLAY AREA and a CAFÉ/BAR. (The café and bar are open during the October half term but closed for the remainder of the winter months. The swimming pool is closed during January and February).

	Penarvon Cottage is bright, comfortable and tastefully decorated with an array of colourful paintings throughout. With level access to the cottage via a ramp, together with a bedroom and cloakroom on the ground floor, the property could be considered for guests with limited mobility. One stable door leads from the lounge area onto a patio with garden furniture and a barbecue overlooking the lawn, the other stable door leads to a pathway which runs along the bank of the stream. (The stream is unfenced so care must be taken with young children). The sandy, sheltered beach at Maenporth is within walking distance and Falmouth, with its famous harbour and excellent selection of shops, restaurants, pubs, art galleries and nightlife is only two miles away. The National Maritime Museum, St Mawes, Pendennis Castle, the gardens of Glendurgan and Trebah or the cathedral city of Truro are well worth exploring and Loe Beach at Feock is a popular destination for watersports, bathing and fishing. With so many places to visit and enjoy both in and around Pendra Loweth, Penarvon Cottage is an ideal choice for exploring this wonderful part of Cornwall. Note: Non-Smokers Only.
