Exeter, at the head of the river Exe, has traditional and modern shops, theatres, museums and places of historic interest as well as restaurants, pubs and clubs. In the surrounding area are Topsham, Budleigh Salterton and Sidmouth and there are many beautiful beaches within a short drive.

Wisteria is a single-storey, spacious, detached cottage converted from what were probably the old stables. All rooms have exposed, original roof beams, which give the property great character. The huge, arched entrance has been retained and glazed to create a wonderful lounge with a brick-built fireplace, high raftered ceiling and co-ordinated soft furnishings.
