Rose and Wisteria Cottages are located in a lovely, sheltered courtyard setting, which is fully enclosed making it a safe environment for families with young children. Visitors of all ages will enjoy the Mediterranean style OUTDOOR HEATED SWIMMING POOL, which is available from May to September, complete with poolside tables, sun loungers and colourful sun shades. There is a GAMES ROOM and within the acres of landscaped grounds there is also a children’s play area, with a large, enclosed trampoline. Situated between the historic, cathedral city of Exeter and the south coast resorts of Dawlish and Exmouth, this is an ideal location for an interesting holiday. Exeter, at the head of the river Exe, has traditional and modern shops, theatres, museums and places of historic interest as well as restaurants, pubs and clubs. In the surrounding area are Topsham, Budleigh Salterton and Sidmouth and there are many beautiful beaches within a short drive.

	Rose Cottage has a large kitchen/diner, with a terracotta-tiled floor, which has been tastefully decorated to give a colourful welcome and provides excellent facilities. A feature of the spacious lounge is the original Heavitree stone wall, which has been sympathetically incorporated into the pleasing design of this room; co-ordinated furnishings and a woodburner complete the picture Check Availability at Rose Cottage Note: Non- Smokers Only.
