Designated a Special Site of Scientific Interest the beach is a unique combination of sand dunes, salt marshes and volcanic rocks attracting an amazing diversity of bird life. The fine views, excellent walking and abundant wildlife combined with the proximity of the bustling seaside resort of Weston-Super-Mare make this location popular with people of all ages and in all seasons. Peacehaven is a lovely, detached house just a short walk from Sand Bay beach (pictured below, not suitable for swimming). Ideal for families the house has three attractive bedrooms, a spacious open plan kitchen and dining area - great for family meals or board games, a fully enclosed rear garden and patio, a large front garden and plenty of parking space on the driveway.

	Kewstoke has a village shop, post office and pub where you can sample the Somerset Scrumpy! Weston-Super-Mare is less than 4 miles drive away and has a lovely wide sandy beach backed by a long promenade and gardens. The town offers a great choice of entertainment, restaurants, pubs and shops. Cheddar, Glastonbury and Wells where you can visit the spectacular Wookey Holes caverns, are all easily accessible by car. Note: Non-Smokers Only. A Ł75 refundable Security Deposit is payable.
