Owl Cottage is situated in a quiet, rural village just outside Launceston within a few miles of the Devon and Cornwall border. This attractive, semi-detached property offers facilities for guests with limited mobility, including access for wheelchairs at the front door and onto a patio overlooking the landscaped garden. All rooms are light, spacious and tastefully decorated to create a lovely home from home. Owl Cottage features a blend of traditional and modern styles including a superb kitchen and dining area with beams and pine furniture. In the lounge there is a gas woodburner and comfortable seating including a Chesterfield sofa. In addition to the main bathroom, there is a shower room with double shower adjacent to the twin bedroom on the ground floor. Doors from the dining area lead to a patio and an attractive, open plan garden with garden furniture and a barbecue. For day trips, beach towels, a travel rug and picnic basket are provided for guests' use during their stay.

Nearest Coastline: The beaches at Bude, Widemouth Bay and Crackington Haven.

Tourist Attractions: In Launceston there is a leisure centre with swimming pool, two 18 hole golf courses, a steam railway, castle ruins and a museum. Further afield, Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor National Park.
