Orchard Cottage has everything you would desire from a country cottage: rural location, wooden beams, rustic flagstone floors, woodburning stove and the owner's lambs playing in the field next door. Great care has been taken in this barn conversion with the use of natural materials and warm colours.

The living area is spacious and bright, with views over the fields and patio doors leading to the garden. Upstairs, the pretty bedrooms have the original beams, wooden furniture and lovely views. There is a patio area with table and chairs and a lawned garden overlooking fields.

	Nearest Coastline: The beaches at Budleigh Salterton, Sidmouth and Exmouth. Tourist Attractions: The National Trust properties of Knightshayes Court, Killerton House and A La Ronde House.
