North Park is a very attractive, detached bungalow situated in Maidencombe, between Torquay and Teignmouth. The exceptional views from the property encompass the coastline south to Hope’s Nose and west to the rural landscape of the Dartmoor National Park. Situated just off the main coast road North Park is ideally located for exploring this beautiful part of South Devon.

The bungalow is tastefully furnished and the spacious rooms are decorated in tranquil, pastel shades. The king-size bedroom is particularly attractive, furnished in delicate shades of green, with French doors opening on to the patio. The large kitchen/diner is ideal for family gatherings and on warmer days step out into the garden, relax on the swing chair or enjoy a barbecue. Elevated to maximise the views, there are steps at the front and rear of the property and parking for three to four cars.

The South West Coast Path can be joined close by at Maidencombe Beach, a delightful little cove surrounded by red sandstone cliffs, with lots of rock pools. A scenic walk south will take you to the picturesque harbour of Torquay, or walk north to the lovely village of Shaldon on the River Teign. The nearby village of St Marychurch has delightful tearooms and for a hearty meal and warm hospitality try The Thatched Tavern, just a five minute drive away.

Nearest Coastline: The beaches of Maidencombe, Shaldon, Teignmouth and Torquay.
