The small hamlet of Botusfleming is in the Tamar Valley, an
Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, within a short drive of the spectacular
beaches of Whitsand Bay and the cosmopolitan city of Plymouth. Nancarrow is
a lovely, detached bungalow in the grounds of the owner's home. There is a
private seating area with table, chairs, parasol and lovely country views. |

The bungalow is of the highest standard with oak floors and doors,
leather seating and quality wooden furniture. Designed with
consideration for those less mobile there no steps, inside or out. The
open plan living rooms are bright and
welcoming with views to the gardens. There is a wonderful kitchen
though with a choice of good pubs locally you may wish to dine out.
Both pretty bedrooms have their own wet rooms and young and old will
enjoy the novelty of a 'splash about'. The location is excellent for
exploring both Devon and Cornwall. Plymouth offers shops, theatres,
the historic Hoe and Barbican, the National Marine Aquarium and river
trips along the Tamar River to Cothele and Calstock. From the cottage
there are country walks along country lanes. The nearby estuary
village of Cargreen has a pub and restaurant overlooking the water and
Moditonham Quay has a lovely circular walk. St Mellion Golf & Country
Club is three miles away and offers daily membership for golf and the
leisure facilities. The Eden Project is within an hour's drive.

The long drive leading to the properties is not gated to the
village road.
