The small hamlet of Botusfleming is in the Tamar Valley, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The location is excellent for exploring both Devon and Cornwall. Nancarrow is a lovely, detached bungalow situated within the owners’ grounds adjacent to their home. There is a private seating area with table, chairs, parasol and lovely country views. The bungalow is of the highest standard with oak floors and doors, leather seating and quality wooden furniture. Designed with consideration for those less mobile, there are no steps inside or out. The open plan living rooms are bright and welcoming with views to the gardens. There is a wonderful kitchen, although with a choice of good pubs locally you may wish to dine out. Both pretty bedrooms have their own wet rooms.

Nearest Coastline: The spectacular beaches of Whitsand Bay.

Tourist Attractions: The National Marine Aquarium at Plymouth and river trips along the Tamar River to Cothele and Calstock. St Mellion Golf and Country Club (daily membership is available).
