The Maenporth Estate is a prestigious development of individually owned properties in 29 acres of landscaped gardens and woodland on the South Cornwall coast, between the Helford and Fal Estuaries. The estate overlooks Maenporth Beach, a pretty, secluded cove with a sandy beach, flanked by green hills and the coastal path. It is a short, fairly steep walk down to the beach, beside which is a bistro restaurant and cafe with a Mediterranean style terrace, offering evening meals as well as lunches and snacks during the day.

Maenporth has a leisure complex for the exclusive use of residents. The centre has an inviting, 15 metre INDOOR HEATED SWIMMING POOL, spa, sauna and sun terrace. The airy games hall houses a pool table and table tennis. A short walk from the leisure centre are two all-weather tennis courts and an enclosed play area for younger children. The gardens, leisure facilities and play areas are all beautifully presented and maintained to a very high standard. Keen walkers can strike out to Falmouth in one direction or the Helford River in the other.

Mewstone is a modern, stylish, semi-detached property situated close to the indoor leisure centre and the tennis courts. Inside, soft pastel shades and a pale blue leather suite add elegance to the living room where sliding doors lead into the sun room. From here, large glass doors open onto a private patio, with garden furniture and access to the communal lawns, which run along the back of the property. There is a private parking space in front of the property with room for two cars.

Nearest Coastline: The beach at Maenporth, Falmouth's harbour and the creeks and inlets of the River Fal.
