Situated in the grounds of Place Court, once the home of Sir Walter Raleigh, The Mews has been converted into a bright and spacious, link-attached property surrounded by lawns, woodland and a stream. Furnished to a high standard throughout, The Mews is also suitable for guests with limited mobility. A sweeping driveway is shared with The Tithe Barn, also available for holiday letting. The Mews can be booked with The Tithe Barn to accommodate a maximum of 9 guests plus 2 babies in cots.

With use of the internet and access to an exclusive film library (by prior arrangement with the owner), The Mews is perfect for a peaceful and relaxing holiday at any time of year. A patio with seating area and barbecue to the rear of the property is set back from The Tithe Barn offering privacy and seclusion, with shared use of a large, open lawn. Just a short stroll away is the Otter Inn, serving excellent locally produced ales and speciality menus.

Nearest Coastline: The beaches at Sidmouth, Budleigh Salterton and Exmouth.

Tourist Attractions: The National Trust properties of Knightshayes Court, Killerton House and A La Ronde House. The Donkey Sanctuary and Crealy Adventure Park. Walking along the East Devon Coast Path, sailing and water sports.
