Maurice House is a spacious, detached property situated in an elevated position on the outskirts of Plymouth, with views across to the Tamar Estuary. Located within a private cul-de-sac, Maurice House has many unique features not usually found in holiday accommodation, including en-suite facilities in all bedrooms and a cloakroom suitable for wheelchair users. All rooms are bright and comfortably furnished. Doors from the lounge and dining room lead to a private, secluded patio with garden furniture and barbecue. There is a GAMES ROOM with a pool table and dartboard. Guests have exclusive use of a woodland garden to the side of the property which adjoins an unspoilt wood, a natural habitat for birds, wildlife and endangered bats. At dusk, after a busy day exploring the numerous tourist attractions, return to the comfort of Maurice House to watch the sun setting. Although the property is in a quiet residential area, children may occasionally be heard in the school playing fields nearby.
