From the sheltered balcony which stretches the length of Marina View, you can enjoy the nautical scenes directly below on the Mayflower Marina; relax to the sound of water lapping on the hulls of moored yachts and the gentle rustle of the wind in the rigging. Marina View is a ground floor apartment with access through patio doors from the lounge/diner and master bedroom to the balcony. A private parking space is available next to the property and an excellent bistro and marina shop are just a few yards away. In the summer there is a free, open-air, public swimming pool 300 yards from the property, or visit the magnificently restored, art deco lido at Tinside on the Hoe.

The Barbican, Plymouth's ancient harbour, from which the Pilgrim Fathers embarked for the New World, has craft and antique shops, pubs and restaurants, mingled with historic buildings and cobbled streets. At the Plymouth Pavilion there is a huge fun pool and ice rink, the Theatre Royal attracts excellent productions and The National Marine Aquarium is a popular attraction. The beaches of South West Devon are just a short drive away; a ferry ride across the River Tamar will take you to the South East Cornwall coast and the sheltered coves of Portwrinkle or the harbours of Looe and Polperro. For a day out, The Eden Project is within easy reach.
