Maple Lodge is a very attractive, detached property situated
in the small village of Goonhavern within two miles of the
glorious sandy beaches of Perranporth, where you will find a
great choice of restaurants, shops and pubs. Goonhavern village
also has a pub and shop, both within walking distance. This
comfortable holiday home is situated in the owner's extensive
grounds and has the benefit of an enclosed private patio and
small lawned area. Within the grounds are three static caravans
which are occasionally used by the owner's family when they
visit. Inside, Maple Lodge is a lovely standard throughout with
pretty co-ordinated bedrooms, a lounge with patio doors and a
bright, modern kitchen. |

Just a short walk across the gardens will bring you to the owner’s
picturesque two acre private lake where you can relax with a picnic whilst
watching the wildlife, fish for carp, roach and tench or simply just enjoy
the tranquillity of this peaceful haven right on your doorstep. (If you
don’t have your own fishing equipment, the owner is happy to lend you his).
The dramatic coastline of North Cornwall is stunning with an amazing variety
of birdlife, beautiful beaches and mysterious coves. There are historic
engine houses and quaint villages to explore, such as Bolingey with its
picturesque 17th century Inn and the Eden Project or the Lost Gardens of
Heligan are well worth the drive. For a really action packed day, visit
Flambards, near Helston – a very popular family attraction whatever the
weather.
