This attractive, single storey property, which is attached to the owner’s home, is surprisingly spacious and set in two acres of grounds with wonderful countryside views. From the lounge, sliding doors lead onto decking with a table and chairs; south facing and not overlooked, this is an ideal spot for outdoor dining or enjoying the sun. Steps lead down into the shared gardens, which you are welcome to explore. Inside, the attractive bedroom is en-suite and there is also a separate shower room.

	Nearest Coastline: The beaches of Dawlish Warren, Dawlish and Teignmouth. Tourist Attractions: Powderham Castle, Shaldon Wildlife Trust, Haldon and Newton Abbot racecourses. At nearby Starcross you can take a ferry across the River Exe to Exmouth. The beautiful moorland landscape of Dartmoor and the cathedral city of Exeter. For golfers there are three courses nearby.
