West Park Farm is part of a working beef and arable farm. You are welcome to explore the farm, which has a large pond and a bluebell wood. Occasionally you may be able to help the owner on the farm. There is a hard TENNIS COURT, which you are welcome to use (please bring your own equipment) and the owner can provide home cooked meals to order (by prior arrangement). Rockbourne is a very pretty village where the all important local hostelry is surrounded by clusters of thatched cottages and a stream hemmed with graceful willows.

What was once a small granary has been converted into an attractive, detached studio. The living area has a high raftered ceiling and an oak floor with a traditional Turkish rug. The kitchen area has a two-ring halogen hob, a multi-function microwave, an oak work surface and a Belfast sink. With pleasant views overlooking neighbouring fields and a natural pond, it is an ideal retreat.

Tourist Attractions: Bournemouth, Salisbury with its famous cathedral, Rockbourne Roman Villa, Stonehenge, Lymington and day trips to the Isle of Wight. Poole Harbour and the National Trust’s Brownsea Island.
