Located in a quiet, peaceful location with beautiful country views and glimpses of the sea, Littlecot is situated on the ground floor of the owner's villa. The apartment has shared use of the lovely garden, including a trampoline and swings for children, and the INDOOR HEATED SWIMMING POOL, which is situated at the bottom of the gently sloping garden and available from April to the end of October. Inside Littlecot, you will discover a cool, Mediterranean atmosphere with marble floors, warming terracotta and orange soft furnishings, as well as under-floor heating for the winter months. Littlecot is surprisingly spacious and has an elegant dining area, which leads through into the stylish lounge. From here, French doors open onto a sun terrace, complete with outside heater, where you can enjoy the late summer evenings. This part of South Devon is perfect for a traditional bucket and spade family holiday. Dawlish is a delightful part Victorian and part Georgian seaside town with a lovely park known locally as "The Lawn", with an avenue of trees and a brook where you will find the famous black swans.

	The safe, sandy beach at Dawlish Warren stretches for two miles; it slopes very gently into the sea and is perfect for bathing. For a change, take the ferry from nearby Starcross across the River Exe to the seaside town of Exmouth. Teignmouth is just a short drive away and also has a long sandy beach with traditional seaside entertainment on the pier; there is also mini golf and a fabulous children's playground.
