Located in a quiet, peaceful
location with beautiful country views and
glimpses of the sea, Littlecot is situated on
the ground floor of the owner's villa. The
apartment has shared use of the lovely garden,
including a trampoline and swings for children,
and an INDOOR HEATED
SWIMMING POOL, which is situated at
the bottom of the gently sloping garden and
available from April to the end of October.
Inside Littlecot, you will discover a cool,
Mediterranean atmosphere with marble floors,
warming terracotta and orange soft furnishings,
as well as underfloor heating for the winter
months. Littlecot is surprisingly spacious and
has an elegant dining area, which leads through
into the stylish lounge. From here, French doors
open onto a sun terrace, complete with outside
heater, where you can enjoy the late summer
evenings. Nearest
Coastline: The beaches at Dawlish Warren and
Teignmouth. Take the ferry across the River Exe
to the seaside town of Exmouth.
