Lesceave Farmhouse is situated in a clifftop location high above Praa Sands, with lovely gardens adjoining unspoilt Cornish moorland. Bright, spacious and full of character, this former family home has many appealing qualities including an inglenook fireplace, two woodburners and a cosy 'snug' in the dining room. All rooms are bright and cheerful with their own unique style and décor. The sun room and front garden have particularly stunning views across Mounts Bay, where guests can use binoculars to watch passing ships and magnificent sunsets. The sheltered patio with garden furniture and barbecue is perfect for relaxing throughout the day or on warm, summer evenings. In addition to a multi-games table in the GAMES ROOM, the owner has thoughtfully provided a generous selection of books, local maps, games and bodyboards. The ground floor bedroom and bathroom have useful handrails making them suitable for guests with limited mobility, and the conservatory is available for storing watersports equipment and bicycles. For walking and exploring, guests can join this rugged section of the South West Coast Path between Porthleven Sands and Cudden Point, or follow a private footpath to the beach below.
