Laymore Cottage is a beautifully renovated, semi-detached cottage in the small hamlet of Laymore, close to the borders of Dorset and Somerset. Laymore Cottage is delightfully furnished and decorated to a high standard. The open plan living area is light and contemporary, with oak floors, comfy seating and a woodburner. The kitchen has a Smeg oven with a large utility room and cloakroom leading from it. Upstairs, the rooms are striking, painted brilliant white with splashes of colour in the pictures and delicate bed linens. In the enclosed garden there is an orchard, a patio with garden furniture and lovely views across the low garden wall and adjoining field to Blackmoor Vale. The cottage has gated, off-road parking for two cars. Within a two-minute stroll from the cottage is the Squirrel Pub, where food is served daily and families are welcome.

	Nearest Coastline: The beaches at Charmouth, Lyme Regis and West Bay. Tourist Attractions: Forde Abbey and Gardens, Cricket St Thomas Lakes and Gardens, Abbotsbury Swannery and Subtropical Gardens.
